COW Parade SLO

About the Auction

“CowParade Headed Out to Pasture”

Wine Tasting | Prime Rib Dinner | Charity Auction

Saturday May 6th, 2017 – 2pm to 7:30pm

After eight months of being the talk of the SLO County, the hilarious herd will be steered toward the historic Santa Margarita Ranch on May 6, where the colorful cows will be auctioned off for charity.

Bidders from all around will arrive at Oyster Ridge at Ancient Pikes Winery, the newest venue on the ranch, for a day of auctioning, food, wine and beer. Historically, CowParade cows have fetched between $4,000 and $150,000 each at auctions around the globe, raising more than $30 million for charities worldwide. CowParade SLO County’s designated charities include ARTS Obispo, The Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County, and the California Mid-State Fair Heritage Foundation – aligning with our region’s focus on the arts, sustainability, and agriculture. Auction proceeds can also be designated to a charity of a sponsor’s choosing.
